Dr L Ali
Dr Ali graduated MBChB from Leeds University in 1992. He is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) and has a Diploma in primary care teaching. Dr Ali has a special interest in teaching and is an accredited GP Trainer. He is involved in teaching medical students as well as teaching qualified doctors who are gaining experience in General Practice. His other special interests include Ear, Nose and Throat Medicine, Respiratory medicine and Diabetes Management. Dr Ali is the lead Partner in the practice and takes on management responsibilities involving provision of clinical services as well as clinical governance and risk management. Dr C Kumana
Dr Kumamna graduated MB BS from the University of London in 2000. She has a BSc with honours and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP). She has gained extensive experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and holds a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DRCOG). She has a special interest in family planning and womens health. Dr Kumana also has a special interest in childrens health and teaching. She is a senior GP in the practice and also takes on clinical management responsibility. LANGUAGES SPOKEN: German, Dutch

Ms Pauline Boland
Ms Boland graduated as a Midwife in Ireland and has undertaken nursing training in the UK. She has completed a Masters in Psychology and has a postgraduate qualification in the management of Diabetes in primary care. Ms Boland is qualified to undertake consultations , assess patients medically and come to a specific diagnosis all under the supervision of the doctors at the practice. She is a very capable and valued member of staff at Lime Tree Surgery. She is well supported by all the doctors and is our lead clinician for the management of Diabetes and shares this responsibility with Dr Ali.
